I don't know what it is about Gene Juarez, but their stylists only know how to do one haircut: a mullet! I've paid $50+ more times than I'd like to admit (because it's supposed to be the best salon in Seattle, after all) for terrible cuts. Save your money, so somewhere - anywhere - else!
Pros: Kerastase products, convenient locations
Cons: Unskilled stylists, overpriced, really bad cuts

If you are looking for a talented and friendly esthetician, look no further! AUREA at the Tacoma Gene Juarez Spa is amazing! I've been going to her for the past couple of years and she has never once disappointed me! She does everything from a brow arch to facials! Ask for Aurea the next time you book an appointment at this Spa!!!
Pros: Seperate Entrance to the Salon from the exterior of the mall!
Cons: none. Aurea is amazing and it is a very comfortable environment.
