Editorial Review for Vancouver Aquarium Marine Science Centre – by Anna Roth
In Short
The crown jewel of this large aquarium is the outdoor exhibition tanks and underwater viewing areas, which showcase dolphins, otters, sea lions and a beluga whale. Other key exhibits include the locally oriented Treasures of the B.C. Coast, featuring sea stars, wolf eels and a giant Pacific octopus, along with a tropical display with sharks, crocodiles and human-sized freshwater fish. An interactive area allows kids and their parents to touch select animals in tanks.
