I've never been a fan of yoga nor exercise that seemed passive so I had my reservations when I embarked on a weeks worth of mat classes at Bria. The first class was was awkward and I felt uncoordinated but the teachers were brilliant, supportive and motivating. I graduated from the mat class to the reformer quickly and can honestly say I am in love with pilates. Laura and Natalie have quite different styles and are both outstanding in their approach and encouragement. I now do a combination of mat and reformer classes. My body feels longer and stronger it is an awesome place to workout. I highly recommend taking a class or two. Parking is problem free and you will simply love the people.
Pros: Teachers, quality and experience
Cons: Cost

I live very close to Bria and finally found the time to walk in and try out their version of a good butt kicking. Man, I am glad I did! I started out with mat classes, which left me abs sore for days. Then I moved onto the equipment work so I could focus on becoming more flexible. Every instructor I work with seems to have x-ray vision and is able to keep every joint and muscle in place so I really feel the impact of each exercise. I know the girls love it, but I would recommend Bria Pilates to every guy that wants help with his game, flexibility or abs.
Pros: Parking, beautiful studio, plenty of space
