Great equipment and facility but the worst management I've ever encountered. The problems began when they over drafted my account for membership dues. Getting in touch with somebody to correct the problem took a lot of perseverance. Up front I purchased memberships for my wife and I, plus 6 personal trainer consultations. The first day my wife showed up to work out, they had absolutely no record of her membership. Again, I spent more time tracking down management to resolve the problem. The worst was yet to come... We recently moved to Colorado. To cancel our membership I had to submit, in writing, our request and provide documented proof that we were moving more than 50 miles away from the club. (It's a similar process if your spouse happens to die and you need to cancel their membership). I submitted that paperwork sometime in September of this year. Since then, they have debited my account for Oct and Nov. I have left 2 voicemails for the billing person and called several more times trying to reach her. No callback yet and I expect to see another debit in December.... Think twice before signing on the dotted line at this club!
Pros: Great equipment and facility
Cons: Terrible management and contract policy

Great facilities, awful personnel. Snobby, rude, clearly annoyed at having to offer the slightest assistance, this is the equivalent of a "pump your own gas" atmosphere.
Pros: Clean facilities, well maintained
Cons: Snobby, downright rude personnel

I'm not sure who is writing these reviews but I don't think they are very fair. I am a member at the Woodinville Athletic Club and it is a top notch facility. The staff have always been very nice to me and my family, not to mention professional and helpful at all times. The hours of the club are very convienence, and contrary to popular opinion here, the equipment is great as well. There are OCCASIONALLY a few treadmills down (they don't magically work perfect forever folks) but they are always promptly fixed, not to mention the fact that the club has so much equipment that you never ever have to wait for any of the pieces of equipment. All in all it is a great gym and I highly recommend it. I also want to point out that it is suspicious to me that the people knocking this club have only posted one review on city search, that being of this club. Tells me its not an honest consumer out there just some bitter former member or employee probably. Sad, hopefully nobody believed them and didnt check it out for themselves cause they are missing out on a great place!
Pros: equipment, staff, location
Cons: weights don't' lift themselves

Lots of equipment...however, treadmills seem to breakdown....the group classes are great. Staffers should learn to enforce the restacking of weights as they seem to not care.
Pros: group classes, lots of equipment
Cons: lots of broken treadmills, people always leave their weights on the bar, men's lockerroom smells

Woodinville Athletic Club is not interested in you. Terrible service. They don't bother to pretend to care about customer service.
Pros: location, equipment
Cons: service, front desk

My experience with this club was that they don't care! You will need to make an appointment to talk to someone for any basic information such as price and questions on a particular class. I'm not sure why they even need real people at the front desk to schedule an appoint with you to talk to someone. Worst of all, I have requested information on some classes via email a couple of times to the management and they never even care to reply at all.

Woodinville Athletic Club is a smaller gym that is big on personal attention. You won't feel intimidated working out here. And there are no long waits for equipment.
Pros: Staff, Value, Atmosphere
Cons: No onsite classes
