horrible service, excellent food.

we have been going here for years and the food has always been excellent but the poor and downright rude customer service lately has made us go elsewhere. We have ordered to go and the food is excellent, but I would not recommend dining there. So sad.....perhaps if enough people have the same experience something will change.
Pros: food- always!
Cons: customer service beyond rude.
