Has to be the single worst customer experience service! The man working was rude, short, absolutely unwilling and unhelpful and NO WAY accomodating... all at the same time with the holier than thou attitude because we are mere mortals to the precious metal world??? Don't ask a "stupid" question... or you certainly will really feel like an idiot before you leave! I choose not to do business with someone like this.
