I was I n Seattle to celebrate My best friend's bachelorette party I Called 1st Class Limousine & Airport Shuttle after a recommendation from a friend the person I spoke on the phone Sam was very friendly explain all type of limos and rate I decided in one of their limo when the limo showed up he he was 10 minute early all my friends were very exited and impress and most of all the driver was very nice and very accommodating The service the limo and everything was beyond my expectation Thank you 1st Class. I recommend 1st Class Limousine to anyone who is looking for best service. Selam B, Columbus, OH

I contacted this company because they were listed the best on here but they really should NOT even be listed here! I called at 10am to make sure they would be on time to pick my mother and grandmother and myself up to get to the airport. My scheduled time was 3:30 they did not show up until nearly 4:30. Every time I called I was told they were on the way and even spoke to rudely by the dispatcher! When the limo arrived, it was dirty open alcohol bottles, dirty napkins, and glasses all over. and lets not forget the taped up sun roof which was hanging down tacky! I was VERY upset! I was late and had to rush my 62 year old disabled grandmother to check in, which is crazy! I called to make a complaint to the company and was spoke to like I was a 5 year old and the person I spoke to was ridiculously rude and decided to yell and talk over me and barely spoke english! I want my money back. Do not use this company! They shouldnt even be listed on the best of anything. This is the worst service ever!!!!!

I recently went to Seattle on a business trip in Los Angeles and found this company on CitySearch. Alex in the office expertly arranged all my transportation needs in this unfamiliar city and even recommended a great restaurant to take my client out to dinner. Good show 1st Class, thanks for the help, and next time I go to Seattle I will defiantly give you a call.
