awful, just simply awful,,,,,,how can they spend that kind of money and take the time of such super stars to make a movie that would put hard core insomiacs to sleep. I do not understand. There is more money than good movie scripts, I suppose. Do not waste your money,,, better to give to a homeless person on the street, at least there you will get some personal satisfaction..............
Pros: dark and cool in the theater, great place to take nap,,,,,,,,,
Cons: blew $20 and 3 hours of valuable time,,,,,,,

I was surprisingly disappointed. I was so excited to see this movie seeing as how Robert DeNiro and Al Pacino were together again. However, the plot was weak and extremely predictable. I had the movie figured out within the first 45 minutes. I would definitely say...wait until it comes out on video. Maybe it will be less of a disappointment if you don't spent $8 or so per person.
Pros: Robert DeNiro, Al Pacino
Cons: Everything else

This movie has a great cast that is topped off with screen legends Deniro and Pacino. The suspense is excellent. One doesn't find out who the actual killer is until near the end. At the time this is revealed, there are at least four characters that could be the actual killer. The plot is not original, but with this cast it doesn't matter. Some say there are too many cop cliches in the movie. Duh! Its a cop movie. If you don't want to see someone at a shooting range don't watch a military or cop movie. Parts of the dialogue have received some negative criticism, however, in my opinion it is needed for character development. Some who have given poor reviews are just regurgitating terms they have heard or read and know nothing of character development, plot, dialogue, etc. In brief, Good action, great suspense, excellent cast. Go See it!!!!

So much talent wasted on such a lame plot, and predictable ending. Save your money....... skip this one.
Pros: Nice to see these two stars in the same movie
