I regularly get pedicures at many of the spas around the area and I went in to see the new Gene Juarez in the University Village and tried one of their Signature pedicures. I requested a more experienced service provider and what I got was far from that. My service said that it would be a 60 minute relaxing pedicure in my own room. When I arrived I waited for 10 minutes beyond my appointment time and by the time I was done I was rushed out of my room 10 minutes early, so in total for $70 I received a 40 minute pedicure. My technician was polite and the spa was well designed and beautiful but aside from those points I could not brag about anything else that I experienced. When I checked out the front desk asked of my service, I said what I thought and instead of even a sorry look from her I got well your total is $70. When I got home and looked at my toes, I not only had polish on my skin around my toe nail but my heels were still rough and dry and my cuticles looked as thought they had barely been touched. Overall, I could say that my entire experience was less than pleasing and very disappointing.

Cons: Quality of Service, Staff, Value
